I am delighted to let you know that I have re-opened the salon.
In line with Government guidelines I can now offer all treatments including facial treatments.
In order to identify current safety concerns and implement sufficient controls, I have completed an extensive risk assessment referencing Government and Industry guidelines in the process. Based on this evaluation I have introduced some changes and additions to my previous processes and protocols. It is imperative for the safety of all that we both adhere to these requirements. Below is a summary of some important changes and additions to my processes and protocols you will need to be aware of:
*No walk in appointments.
*Text or email bookings only.
*Completion of a compulsory health questionnaire 24 hours before your appointment.
*Pre-payment at least 24 hours before your appointment. 50% of this payment is a non-refundable booking fee.
*You will need to wear a face covering to your appointment. If you do not have one I will provide one for you.
*You need to arrive on time for your appointment, not early or late.
*You need to wait in your car or outside the salon, if I do not see you outside, I will ring you when I am ready for you.
*You must come alone to your appointment.
*Your temperature will be taken before you enter the salon.
*You will be asked to come in and sanitise or wash your hands.
*Please leave belongings/jewellery/ shopping bags/bags etc at home, you will need to put anything you bring in a box provided until the end of your appointment.
*If necessary you will be asked to remove your face covering and place it in the plastic bag provided for you. You will asked to replace it at the end of your treatment.
*You will not be able to wait in the salon for any reason after your appointment, you must leave straight away.
*Before leaving the salon you will be asked to sanitise your hands again.
*Time will be taken to disinfect the salon before and after your appointment. Please take a look at the website for treatment info and prices.
As I hope you understand this is a very different time we’re now living in, new extra disinfecting measures to keep us all safe, reduced client capacity and PPE costs have to be taken into account when pricing my treatments.
